Notary Listings
2.1 Listing Submissions
Notaries may submit a listing request through our website. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
2.2 Listing Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide in your listing. This includes your name, business name, phone number, email address, service areas, and any other details. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes.

By submitting a listing, you authorize us to display your information publicly on the directory. This includes your name, business name, phone number, service areas, and any other fields designated as public.
2.4 Prohibited Conduct

Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
We offer Basic and Premium listing subscription plans. Fees, features, and billing intervals are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. We do not store or handle your payment card information.
3.3 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
